Keep those banks around!

I know the slogan to big to fail. But what if they did fail and disappear? So if my account was handed over to a metal file cabin with a non-discloser corporation how could I argue that the salesman from the bank took me out of drinks before I signed the rate-mortgage? Some might say you where stupid to do that but the law is clear that companies cannot do that. So, the Bank Of America who has my loan disappears? Then the metal file cabinet with the non-discloser agreement with the state buys it from the bank? How will I fight this? By the time I stettle it the home is gone and the Bank of America is cleared? Then they show back up saying sorry we sold your mortgage! To bad?! I think keeping the system entact gives me a point of entry to save my house maybe not all the other homes I lost but the one I reside in. Be careful what you wish for it might just happen!? "Down with the system was my cry in the past...And it almost sank the country that I really love America...Sooner or later those banks have to pay for every good deed!?" Unlike Iraq they will give us our money back when we put those types of people in Office who will collect our money back then they can disappear (Fail?!).
